SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days. Allow standard 7-14 business days to receive your order, except for Print-On-Demand items which may take up to 3 weeks.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Original Paintings / Art: 15% flat rate in continental U.S.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All art and non-POD items:
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are applied or accepted. See Policy and Process on Damage Due to Shipping for refunds due to damage during shipping.
Apparel:
All apparel items are Print-On-Demand (POD) orders fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Therefore, requests for re-orders due to items lost in transit, or to a wrong size ordered, requires producing an entirely new product.
Refunds are offered only for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse.
Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Any orders that are returned to Printful due to mistakes in the shipping address provided by the customer can be re-shipped at the cost of the customer.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.
If by the fault of Printful or postal service, an order arrives damaged or mislabeled, customers may receive a full refund on a case-by-case basis that is dependent upon the provision of a written description of the damage + photos. Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
Other Print-On-Demand Products:

Policy and Process on Damage Due to Shipping
All refund requests and notifications about items damaged during shipping must be received in writing by email notification to Artist within 15 calendar days from the original date of purchase. Artist may require Buyer to email photographs of the damaged item. Buyer may also be required to return damaged items by shipping them back to the Artist. Buyer will receive a refund for the total cost of the item plus shipping fees paid, including any shipping of the item back to the Artist if the Artist requests this. Refund payments may take up to 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the damage and will be issued by the Artist.
